Software ProPrompter ($10) – Get it on iTunes That will serve as an audible reference marker to sync your footage while editing. So if you are going to record with multiple cameras, you need to always clap or make a noise before you film. That second one is the most important if you ask me.

Lets you CLAP it so that you can sync up the audio from multiple microphones!.

Lets you write notes to help keep the footage organized during editing.

You ever wondered why people use those little clappers when shooting a movie? It’s in no way portable, but if you are going to be reading off a prompter constantly you’re ultimately going to want as big of a screen as you can get. If you want to really take your prompter on the go, you’re going to need a shoulder rig to do it. If you get the ProPrompter, the first thing you’re going to want to do is either mount it on a tripod, or carry it on your shoulder.
